I spend countless hours researching each destination.  I leave no stone unturned to learn about each location of choice, investigate the best luxury hotels, talk to experts in the field, and assess whether any special gear or accessories might make the experience more enjoyable.  I find this process fun!  Not everyone thinks planning travel is fun or has the time to research an unbelievable trip.  Here is where my luxury travel blog for active travelers comes in.  I take the hard work and time out of the planning process for you by giving you fantastic itineraries, recommendations for luxurious places to stay, fun activities, and tips and tricks for your travel.  

Until recently, this was a hobby while I practiced law.  I was a partner at a national law firm. To escape the everyday stress, I found myself daydreaming of my next vacation.  To make my daydream a reality, I often ate at my desk and would sneak in time to research extraordinary places to visit before returning to the mountains of paperwork on my desk and the emails that required a response.  If I needed a break, I talked to my co-workers and friends about their last vacation, where they went, what they did and how long they stayed.  This combination of information gave me ideas for the next place I wanted to explore and kept me sane during the long hours in the office. 

After practicing law for almost 15 years and with my supportive husband by my side, I left the law firm life and launched this travel blog to provide my readers with exciting travel ideas and recommendations for extraordinary and indulgent travel adventures around the world. I hope the information you learn here inspires you to pack your bags and head out on your next incredible vacation.
